Welcome to Plugm8, a platform designed to connect artists, labels, and radio music compilers for the purpose of music feedback and discovery. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Platform Purpose & Role
Plugm8 operates solely as an intermediary platform to facilitate feedback between artists, record labels, and radio music compilers. We do not guarantee radio play, placements, contracts, or any further business relationship beyond the feedback provided through the platform.
Any communication, collaboration, or business that occurs off the Plugm8 platform is entirely at the discretion of the involved parties. Plugm8 is not liable for any outcomes or agreements made between users off-platform.
2. Role of Music Compilers
Radio music compilers on Plugm8 are not paid by or contractually obligated to Plugm8. They use the platform as a mere tool voluntarily to provide feedback and discover music.
Compilers are not required to offer in-depth reviews or commit to future engagement with artists.
At times, Plugm8 may run promotional campaigns in partnership with third-party brands that reward compilers for participation. These campaigns are time-limited and optional.
3. Subscriptions
Plugm8 offers subscription-based access for artists and labels who wish to receive feedback on their music.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
If a subscription is cancelled, access to past and future feedback is restricted until the subscription is renewed. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time.
4. Content Ownership
Artists and labels retain full rights to the music and content they upload. Plugm8 does not claim ownership over user-submitted material.By submitting content to the platform, you grant Plugm8 and its compilers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access and provide feedback on the content within the platform.
5. Prohibited Conduct
To keep the Plugm8 platform safe and effective for all users, you agree not to:
*Submit content you do not own or have the right to use.
*Attempt to misuse or manipulate the feedback system.
*Harass or spam other users.
*Misrepresent yourself, your role, or your affiliation.
Plugm8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be violating these rules.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Plugm8 is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees that the service will meet your expectations or lead to specific outcomes, including airplay or industry connections.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plugm8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to lost opportunities, missed connections, or miscommunications between users.
8. Changes to Terms
Plugm8 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and your continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
