1. Free Artist Membership
- All artists and musicians who sign up on Plugm8 will enjoy free access to the platform until such time that Plugm8 adds radio stations for song uploads and submissions. Once radio stations are integrated, additional terms may apply.
2. Music Producer Pro Membership
- Music producers can list their services on Plugm8 for R49 per month. This subscription can be canceled at any time, without any cancellation fees.
3. Listing Features
- Producers have the option to bump up or feature their listings for greater visibility to artists. However, Plugm8 does not guarantee any number of clients or engagements resulting from these features. The success of your listing depends on various factors outside our control.
4. Payment Responsibilities
- Plugm8 is not responsible for any payments made outside of our platform. We act solely as a connector between artists and producers. All financial transactions, including those related to the creation and delivery of final masters, must be handled directly between the artist and the producer.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- Plugm8 is not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from the use of the platform. Users are advised to engage in clear communication and contracts with each other to avoid misunderstandings.
- The platform is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Plugm8 makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes of any connections made through the platform.
6. Changes to Terms
- Plugm8 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of users to review the terms periodically for any changes.

- Plugm8 is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and use personal information only as necessary to provide our services and improve user experience. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
